SIMBULAN, Kristan Bryan C.

Dr. Kristan Simbulan receives his B.Sc. in Electronics and Communications at the °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±Íø – Manila, his M.Sc. in Electronics and Communications Engineering at the De La Salle University – Manila, and his Ph.D. in Physics at the National Taiwan Normal University. He is currently the Applied Physics program coordinator and instructor at the UST College of Science and a lecturer at the UST Graduate School. Dr. Simbulan is a licensed Electronics Engineer and is a member of the Analytics Association of the Philippines (AAP), the Institute of Electronics Engineers of the Philippines (IECEP), and the National Research Council of the Philippines (NRCP). In 2022, he was chosen as one of the university delegates to the National Academy of Science and Technology (NAST) Future Science Leaders’ Forum. His research interest is in the field of two-dimensional semiconducting materials and devices.
